Time Out (Healthy Minds)
Time Out (Healthy Minds) will help you ‘find your thing’, through activities such as arts, crafts, sports, singing and drama. Time Out is a self-referral scheme to help you feel good, make friends and support you to relax, socialise and do something for yourself.
